Browndown Public Access

 
Browndown Conservation Area is a small area of coastal grassland with scrub. It lies to the east of Lee-on-the-Solent and has had various uses over the last century include military training, free range pig farming and arable farming.

Some wildlife species of interest are found here, including the Great Green Bush Cricket, Dartford Warbler, Skylark, and Whitethroat.

Access is allowed in the main area, however the Military Training Area (South) may be shut at certain times.
